粉蝶花
Every spring, flower lovers in Japan flock to Hitachi Seaside Park in Ibaraki Prefecture, just a few hours north of Tokyo. The park is home to an amazing display of nemophila flowers that cover the park’s gentle rolling hills. Over four and a half million light blue flowers, known as “baby blue eyes,”bloom in the park, where the local government hosts the “Nemophila Harmony”festival every year. The flowers begin blooming in mid-April, and they can be viewed through early May. If you have the chance, try taking a relaxing stroll through this dreamy landscape.
